In the Netherlands the Sirius book has received ample attention in the press. The national newspaper Trouw published a long article in its science section on January 6, 2018. Tubantia followed on February 14, 2018. The Dutch edition of the New Scientist dedicated a six-page review to the book in its June 2018 issue.

In Malta, the Maltese national television TVM, broadcast a 13 minute feature on the book on June 17, 2018. It is in Maltese, with English subtitles. To view it see below.
